Congratulations to Wendy Rutkowski, in Community Services-Snohomish County!

Wendy is an Employment Services Coordinator in Snohomish County and brings over 20 years of experience supporting clients.  The nomination shared that Wendy demonstrates leadership and approaches difficult conversations honestly with straightforward and supportive guidance. An excerpt from the nomination further describes:

“Integrity is a profound concept, symbolized by its straightforward and pure appearance. It embodies honesty and adherence to strong moral principles. Having demonstrated these qualities for over 20 years, Wendy has exhibited some of the highest standards of integrity I have seen in a staff member, particularly in a leadership role.

There have been multiple instances where Wendy has engaged in candid, heartfelt discussions. She does not seek recognition or popularity; her focus is on serving clients effectively.”
