“Alfu consistently demonstrates respect through the way he treats colleagues, the clients he supports, guardians, and supervisors with professionalism, empathy, and genuine consideration.

Alfu makes a point of listening to different perspectives and creating an inclusive environment where colleagues, clients, and team members feel heard and valued. Even in challenging situations, he remains thoughtful, approachable, and respectful, helping foster strong relationships with both clients and team members. As his supervisor, I am in awe of his patience and sense of endurance and how he handles complex situations without panicking or wavering in his responsibilities.

One client shared that they appreciate how kind, patient, and respectful Alfu is, and how he takes the time to listen to their choices and preferences. He supports them with patience and dignity while also encouraging them to make healthy choices and participate in activities they enjoy. This example shows not only Alfu’s professionalism, but also his sincere commitment to treating others with dignity and respect.
