I am pleased to announce the SA Value Award Recipient for Integrity for June, 2023! Congratulations to Kaytlin Eldred, Training Services Manager in the SA Training Institute.

At Service Alternatives, Integrity, is where our values, intentions, words and actions are in alignment.

The nomination for Kaytlin aligned with this value stating:

Since the first day this employee started with Service Alternatives, their character has exuded respect and they embody the true meaning of integrity. This employee has a 50/50 work from home split schedule and demonstrates the utmost integrity because no one is there to ensure the work is completed except for the employee’s integrity.

The nomination provided some examples of how Kaytlin demonstrates integrity:

  • Recognizing when policy and procedures are not being followed and implementing them,
  • Updating and building revised protocols and systems to assist with inventory management and to streamline the current process building a more concise system that is transparent and works well for the user.
  • When Kaytlin finds something that is intended to process one way and isn’t being implemented, she will make sure to follow up and research what is the correct way to do it, instead of turning a blind eye.

In closing, the nomination states:

This employee shows daily that they not only do this while at work, but rather daily in their lives. For this reason and many more this employee should be strongly considered for the honor of this award. They are always guided by our shared dedication to doing the right thing for every person we serve, without ulterior motives, and whether or not anyone is watching.

Thank you Kaytlin, for showing integrity throughout your work, and congratulations!
