Yvonne takes the time to truly understand each person’s unique goals, preferences, communication style, and strengths. They encourage participation, independence, and informed decision-making while ensuring each individual’s voice is heard and their dignity is respected. Their unwavering commitment to person-centered supports, power and choice, independence, and self-determination makes them a true advocate and role model.
