Customer Service at SA means we listen, take time to understand our customers’ needs, and follow through on our commitments. Customer Service is the act of taking care of the customer’s needs by providing and delivering professional, helpful, high-quality service and assistance before, during, and after requirements are met.

“This nomination recognizes Dianna for the outstanding customer service she has demonstrated since joining the program in December 2024. She quickly embraced her role and has built strong relationships with nearly 300 organizations across Washington State and the country, serving as a key point of contact for hundreds of instructors and administrative personnel. Whether helping customers navigate licensing agreements, re-engaging previous customers, gathering feedback, or finding ways to improve communication and efficiency, Dianna consistently goes above and beyond to make sure customers feel supported and valued.

Dianna’s commitment to customer service is evident in the many ways she supports our customers, from proactive outreach and onsite consultations to customer onboarding, CRM improvements, marketing efforts, and monthly webinars. She balances the needs of the customer with the requirements of the program with empathy, grace, positivity, and encouragement. Dianna has been an incredible partner to her colleagues, Service Alternatives employees, and customers across the state and country, and her genuine dedication to creating positive customer experiences makes her truly deserving of this recognition.”
