I am pleased to announce the SA Value Award Recipient for Integrity! Congratulations to Marc Rodriguez, Technology Specialist in the SA Tech Department!

At SA, Integrity means our values, intentions, words, and actions are in alignment. Marc’s nomination stood out to the committee specifically noting the consistency over time as an active participant in projects while concurrently managing and protecting extremely sensitive information.

The nomination states:

Marc has been a consistent force when making tech decisions for the security of our client and personnel protected information.

When he is asked a question on whether to do something new or different with platforms, whether it be on the laptop or the phone, he is the first to ask questions, gather information and ask for feedback from his lead to be sure we are in alignment with policies. Other times, he will cite, ” well, what does the employee handbook say about that?”. In the office or remotely, he can be found working to advance the cyber protection of our devices, platforms, and all things in his tech world and beyond.

As part of an SA Strategic Plan team (the Systems team), he is refining what really is needed, what is not, and what we should do next to have a real influence on the day-to-day work lives of SA employees and consequently protect client information.

Marc, thank you for consistently aligning your words, intentions, and actions, confidentially holding information to the highest of standards and bringing valuable impact to the work at SA. Congratulations, Marc!
