Woman smiling at cameraName: Molly Ronne
Program: 90 – Oak Harbor Admin Office
Job Title: Accounting and Data Systems Manager

What do you do in your position?
I oversee payroll and am the ADP Guru.

What did you do yesterday?
Yesterday was my first day without Janet being in the office because she was on vacation. I transferred money into the required accounts and worked on bookkeeping items. We just hired a new Corporate Office Manager, so I worked on getting her new hire paperwork completed and filed. It was a very busy day!

Out of everything that you did yesterday, what was normal or typical?
Nothing is normal or typical at this point. This is a new position for me and I’m still learning. I’ve never onboarded someone, so that was a learning experience. While some parts were frustrating, it was a great learning experience. I’m looking forward to getting things done without leaning on Janet and having that be my normal.

What was uncommon about your day?
The realization of how difficult the on-boarding process can be and experiencing what every program manager goes through. That was a huge learning experience and I’m looking forward to improving it.

Do you work with clients or customers, if so, what do you do for them?
My customers are SA staff and employees, foster care parents, community job parents. Those are my customers. I get them paid! I make sure that their paycheck is what is expected – which is kind of important.

How do you show a deep, profound respect towards our clients and customers?
I treat everyone the same. Doesn’t matter if you’re a manager, director, or you’re a one-day direct support professional. You get the same respect from me, and the same assistance. I don’t treat anyone differently.

If I could talk to your clients/customers; what would they say are the ways that you respect them and show the SA Values?
Integrity is really big in our office, and transparency is something that I pride myself on. There is a procedure and a policy for everything, and everyone has to follow the procedure, policy, and values.

That’s all for now!
