RIGHT RESPONSE Certification provides participants with the skills and knowledge to effectively manage and de-escalate conflict in both personal and professional settings. This course emphasizes prevention, teaching participants to recognize their own stress responses and maintain an Optimal Performance Range™ in high-pressure situations. Through interactive training, participants will learn how to use de-escalation strategies to manage escalating situations, provide post-crisis support, and apply physical safety techniques when necessary.
The training covers both basic and advanced skills, including creating proactive environments, trauma awareness, motivational models for de-escalation, and ethical considerations for physical intervention. Upon completing the course, participants will be prepared to analyze incidents, implement prevention strategies, and maintain safety in high-stress situations.
RIGHT REPSONSE is available through attending a pre-scheduled certification workshop, scheduling an onsite workshop, or licensing and Instructor Certification Courses (ICC). ICCs allow you to bring back these critical skills in house by licensing and certifying your own trainer. For more information on scheduling, or to explore licensing and ICC options, please contact the Service Alternatives Training Institute.
