Receiving Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) through our team of certified skills trainers is aimed at enhancing your quality of life and independence. Whether in weekly skills groups or weekly sessions in your home, clients receive this evidence based cognitive behavior therapy to build skills in emotion regulation, navigating interpersonal relationships, and managing distress and crisis.

In our practice of DBT we have found that clients and staff alike benefit most from learning how to manage their emotions and effectively communicate their needs. As clients develop regulation skills, they excel when practicing mindfulness and become more adept at identifying their goals when they have the personal motivation to achieve them.
