An industry leading de-esclation training program. The philosophy centers on proactive, holistic, and immediately effective approaches to address conflict and crisis, with a goal of decreasing the need for physical intervention. This is a certification workshop. This workshop is free for Service Alternatives' Employees, Foster Parents, and SA-served Clients. Tickets are available for an Advanced, Elements+, and Elements Certification. Please note, Elements Certification is only the first day of class (Day 1). Advanced and Elements+ certification are two days and the days must be taken consecutively.
