This training provides new Service Alternatives employees an overview of the organization including its history, values, policy/procedures, and information about each of the divisions. This training is specifically designed for newly hired SA employees. This class is indented for Service Alternatives' Employees, Foster Parents, and SA-served Clients. Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is an evidence-based treatment that has proven results across many different populations. This year, 2024, DBT is offered as a Supported Living Update that meets 6 hours of Continuing Education credits for our Adult Residential employees.
