RIGHT RESPONSE® Certification

An industry leading de-escalation training program. The philosophy centers on proactive, holistic, and immediately effective approaches to address conflict and crisis, with a goal of decreasing the need for physical intervention. This is a certification workshop. This workshop is free for Service Alternatives' Employees, Foster Parents, and SA-served Clients. Tickets are available for an Advanced, Elements+, and Elements Certification. Please note, Elements Certification is only the first day of class (Day 1). Advanced and Elements+ certification are two days and the days must be taken consecutively. If you are unsure of what level best fits your needs, please reach out to the Service Alternatives Training Institute for consultation. We make every effort to create an environment inclusive to all training participants. This is a recertification workshop. This workshop is free for Service Alternatives' Employees, Foster Parents, and SA-served Clients. Tickets are available for an Advanced, Elements+, and Elements Recertification. Please note, you must possess a current RIGHT RESPONSE certificate to attend this workshop or your expired certificate must be within the 90 day grace period to be eligible for the recertification workshop. If you are unsure of what level best fits your needs or you are eligible for this workshop, please reach out to the Service Alternatives Training Institute for consultation.
