Elemental Leadership workshop introduces participants to the Elemental Leadership Model and prepares them to apply it in working with their teams. In this two-day session, you will explore the five core elements of the Elemental Leadership Model – grounding, reflecting, expanding, inspiring, and achieving – and how these elements can enhance your leadership competencies. The workshop will help you identify your strengths and areas for growth, providing you with practical tools and strategies to immediately apply in your work environment. You will leave with a comprehensive actionable leadership development plan tailored to your specific leadership goals, empowering you to lead your team more effectively to achieve meaningful, sustainable results. This class is intended for Service Alternatives' Employees, Foster Parents, and SA-served Clients.
