This course examines the psychological factors that affect efficiency and job satisfaction, providing participants with strategies to reprioritize tasks, allocate time efficiently, and boost productivity.
Throughout the workshop, participants will explore common barriers to organization and task completion, and learn actionable strategies to overcome them. The training includes interactive exercises that encourage attendees to develop personalized plans for change, including forming accountability partnerships to support ongoing progress.
Your Organized You is available through attending a pre-scheduled training session, scheduling an onsite session, or as a Train-the-Trainer model, allowing your organization to integrate this knowledge into your training programs. Through completing this training, participants will
