Deeper Facilitation equips participants to develop facilitation skills, including self-awareness, checking assumptions, and creating a safe and inclusive learning environment. Participants will learn concrete strategies to enhance preparation, engage participants, and navigate challenging situations with confidence. By the end of the workshop, facilitators will have developed tools to actively foster participation, value diversity within the group, and manage the dynamics of power in the room. It is recommended to complete Dynamic Presentations prior to attending Deeper Facilitation.
This course will provide facilitators with practical techniques for establishing a safe and constructive learning environment actively engaging participants and valuing diversity within the group. Attendees will also receive a “Difficult Situations Toolbox”, a resource designed to help navigate various challenges they may encounter during facilitation. By the end of the training, facilitators will complete a self-assessment to evaluate their proficiency and comfort with the skills taught in the course, allowing them to identify areas for further growth.
Deeper Facilitation is available through attending a pre-scheduled training session, scheduling an onsite session, or as a Train-the-Trainer model, allowing your organization to integrate this knowledge into your training programs.
