Introduction to Elemental Leadership® provides a comprehensive introduction to the Elemental Leadership Model, a structured approach designed to enhance leadership competencies. In this training, participants will gain familiarity with the five core elements of leadership: grounding, reflecting, expanding, inspiring, and achieving. The elements of grounding and reflecting will be explored in-depth.
Participants will explore how to use the model to develop their leadership skills. The training emphasizes practical application, guiding participants to ground their leadership approach in personal and organizational values, increase self-awareness through reflective practices, and develop strategies for motivating teams and achieving sustainable results.
