Elemental Leadership offers a comprehensive exploration of the Elemental Leadership model, a structured framework designed to cultivate high-quality leadership across a variety of settings. This training introduces the five key elements – grounding, reflecting, expanding, inspiring, and achieving – and the 25 components that support them, providing participants with a deep understanding of what it takes to become a competent leader.
Participants will learn how to apply these elements to their daily work, target their strengths and areas for growth, and develop a personalized leadership development plan. The training emphasizes practical application, guiding participants to ground their leadership approach in organizational values, enhance self-awareness, build effective relationships, inspire and motivate teams, and achieve sustainable results. Participants will receive tools corresponding to each element to support their ongoing leadership journey.
