Critical Thinking equips participants with the skills necessary to analyze situations rationally, assess options, and make informed decisions. This workshop introduces the decision-making compass, a tool designed to help participants evaluate a situation, weigh options, and select the best course of action using the information available. Participants will learn to reflect on their own objectivity, avoid ridged thinking, and apply relevant experiences to current challenges.
The training emphasizes the importance of fostering a culture of critical thinking within teams, encouraging participants to create environments where assumptions can be challenged constructively. Participants will also explore how to build flexible teams that can adapt to unexpected changes. By the end of the course, participants will understand how to develop their own critical thinking skills and support this practice within their teams.
Critical Thinking is available through attending a pre-scheduled training session, scheduling an onsite session, or as a Train-the-Trainer model, allowing your organization to integrate this knowledge into your training programs.
