Circles of Power is a focused leadership training designed to help participants understand and effectively manage power dynamics within their teams and organizations. This bite-sized course introduces the Circles of Power model, which expands on Stephen Covey’s original framework, comprising four key components: control, influence, concern, and indifference. The training provides a structured approach to distinguishing between what we can control, what we can influence, and what concerns us but remains beyond our control.
Participants will explore the significant impact that power dynamics can have in the workplace, often affecting relationships, productivity, and overall results. By applying the Circles of Power model to real-life scenarios, participants will develop strategies to focus their efforts where they can have the most impact, leading to a more balanced and effective leadership approach.
Circles of Power is available through attending a pre-scheduled training session or scheduling an onsite session, allowing your organization to integrate this knowledge into your training programs.
