Belinda Kindschi, Chief Executive Officer
Belinda leads Service Alternatives in alignment with our vision, mission, and values. She holds the responsibility to lead and drive our organizational initiatives with the executive leaders of Service Alternatives.
Intrinsic to Belinda’s passion, each person, family, and team has amazing potential and Belinda considers it a privilege work to alongside people who have this shared perspective.
Having started her career with SA in 1991 as a direct support professional, she maintains a strong commitment to the professionalism, skill, and heart that is held by the individuals providing direct service. Doing purpose filled work that makes a positive difference in the lives of others drives her.
Belinda enjoys spending time with her family and friends, golfing, walking, traveling, playing cards and board games, and canning – jam, pickles, beans, peaches – you name it!
Karina Briscoe, Chief Operating Officer
Aligning systems, processes and people with a structure designed to carry out our mission effectively and seamlessly is essential to Karina in her role.
Karina’s internal motivator to continue to learn and grow by helping others fuels her drive to see outcomes fulfilled, potential realized, and a future full of opportunities for Service Alternatives, its employees, and its clients.
These trends apply to Karina’s personal life where she feels most fulfilled when she has conquered a recipe, has a house full of happy well-fed people, tends to a plant and sees it bloom, and hands out homemade rolls to a homeless person.
Last but not least, Karina loves being a loyal friend, mom, grandma and partner.
Renée Stueckle, SPHR, SHRM-SCP
Renée oversees the HR function at SA, working with leadership to develop and implement policies, plans and personnel management practices that are grounded in SA values and in service of its mission.
She believes that our employees are SA’s greatest asset and is committed to fostering a workplace that is built on respect and recognizes the contributions and potential of each individual.
Renee has almost twenty years of experience in human resources. In addition to holding SPHR and SHRM-SCP certifications, she is SeattleCoach certified and a member of the ICF (International Coaching Federation).
Renee lives in eastern Washington where she is a member of Canticus, a small vocal ensemble. She also enjoys listening to podcasts while walking her dog, hiking and camping with her husband, and swapping recommendations for good books and TV.
Sandra Cohen, MA, Master Coach-Executive Development
In her role, she is responsible for designing tools, building leadership programs, and working with the executive team to unleash and develop their, and the organization’s, highest effectiveness.
In addition to her master’s degree in Human Development with a multicultural and leadership perspective, Sandra is a Professional Certified Coach, Emotional Intelligence Facilitator, Positive Quotient Coach Facilitator, Fierce Conversations Facilitator and Dependable Strengths Facilitator.
Sandra enjoys plays pickleball, card games, backgammon and cribbage, swimming, watching movies often accompanied by movie trivia nights, listening, and discovering new music to create music playlists, and anything that gets her, her family and her standard poodle in nature.

Rob Hays, Certified Learning Program Manager, Director of Training
As the Director of Training, Rob believes that education is a key factor in success and that it provides the necessary tools for confronting challenges in personal and professional growth.
Embracing this belief, Rob strives to make our communities safer and more vibrant through training and leadership development. Rob’s interest has always been in creating learning environments and before joining SA, his career aspiration was to eventually become a librarian. Fortunately for SA, directing our training services aligns with that passion.
Rob professes to being a bit of a homebody who likes to play games, watch movies and television, and read books. He also spends a lot of time pampering and spoiling his cats.
Larissa Floyd, Director of Residential Services
Larissa is responsible for directing the vision, strategy, growth, and oversight of the daily operation of SA’s residential services. This includes providing leadership, development, and supervision of the residential services to staff teams providing care to individuals with intellectual disabilities and youth at risk to live full, safe, and meaningful lives in their communities.
Larissa’s inspiration for why she continues to do this work truly sits with the folks we serve and the staff who are providing incredible services each day. There is no better feeling, or reward, than witnessing the moment when all the hard work someone has done results in achieving a long-awaited goal.
Larissa enjoys reading and spending time with her dogs. She also likes to visit different places and learn about the local culture.
Heather Hansen, Director of Community Services
As Director of Community Services, Heather oversees Employment Services, WorkFirst, Mental Health, Foster Care, and Evidence Based Practices. What drives her work is the belief that there is always a way to be better, do better, and be in service to others.
With this approach, Heather leads with vision, inclusivity, and compassion. She also draws on her experiences from years spent as a foster parent in the past.
Heather and her partner have 2 sons and a grandson, and in her spare time, Heather enjoys camping and fishing with family and friends. She also continues to fuel her life-long love of basketball as a high school basketball coach in Clark County.
