For a youth or young adult with disabilities the transition from school to work can be challenging and filled with unanticipated barriers, but the Pre-Employment Transition Service (Pre-ETS) is designed to prepare you for the workforce. Participation in our comprehensive program will help you gain essential skills such as job exploration, work-based learning experiences, and workplace readiness training. Our services also include counseling on post-secondary education and self-advocacy. We will equip you with the knowledge and confidence to pursue meaningful employment and achieve your career goals. Furthermore, we are convinced that this program will enrich your life by fostering independence, enhancing employability, and promoting your self-sufficiency.    

Appropriate for:

  • Youth and young adults aged 14-21 with a documented disability. 

  • Youth enrolled in school and eligible for an IEP, or 504 plan.

  • Youth and young adults who want to get an early start on their career exploration.
