Helping people achieve their unique employment potential.

Are you a person with a disability who is interested in finding meaningful, fulfilling, enjoyable work? Our Employment Services professionals provide individualized, community based employment services. We use a person-centered and results driven approach to connect people with disabilities to jobs. Even if you believe—or have been told in the past—that you are not “job-ready” or “employable,” we will support you in finding meaningful work on your terms.

We meet you where you are on the employment pathway and support your choices and preferences, building a customized plan to achieve your individual employment goals.

We provide service to all individuals referred through the Development Disability Administration or Vocational Rehabilitation Services who also choose to work with us. There is no pre-screening. You just need to have the desire to have and keep a job. We look at all options for accommodations and customization of your employment.
