  • Relationships – We will support you to develop or strengthen relationships with others. We look for natural opportunities and environments where relationships can flourish
  • Skill Building – We will empower and support you to learn all you can during all phases of our services
  • Independence – We will tailor our support to your needs, fostering your growth while ensuring you are safe

We help you discover naturally supportive activities and environments which offer opportunities for ongoing growth.

Program description

  • Program options individualized to meet your needs

  • The Discovery Process – A variety of experiences to learn about you, your needs, preferences, and choices, to determine a clear Community Inclusion goal
  • Service Delivery Planning – Specialized staff work with your support network to facilitate effective planning of your goal and develop action steps to achieve your goal
  • Volunteer Opportunities – If you prefer to do volunteer work in your community, we’ll help you locate the right position and support your success in the setting
  • Classes and Activities – Support to participate in community classes and activities such as art, beading, beach walks, bingo, or exercise groups
