Motivational Toolbox is designed to equip you with the tools and strategies needed to evoke and sustain motivation within your team. During this training, you will explore the psychological foundations of effective motivation, develop an appreciation for subjective nature of motivation, and examine how workplace dynamics impact your team’s performance. You will also develop a variety of motivational tools that can be immediately applied to inspire and lead your team toward high achievement. By the end of the workshop, you will have a deeper understanding of how to cultivate a motivated, high-performing team, ready to achieve sustainable results. This class is intended for Service Alternatives' Employees, Foster Parents, and SA-served Clients. RIGHT RESPONSE Recertification is a continuation of the de-escalation training program, RIGHT RESPONSE. It is designed for individuals who have already completed their certification and need to renew it. This workshop revisits the core principles of proactive, holistic, and immediately effective de-escalation approaches, ensuring participants are up-to-date on best practices for crisis intervention. We recommend that you wear comfortable clothing that allows for movement and comfortable, stable, and safe footwear (please avoid open toe shoes or shoes with a raised heel). You will be practicing physical safety skills and we want everyone to feel and stay safe during the training. Participants must have a current RIGHT RESPONSE certificate or be within the 3-month grace period for an expired certificate to attend. Psychologically Informed Environment (PIE) prepares participants to become a champion of Psychologically Informed Environment in their organization. Participants will explore the benefits of being a PIE to those they serve and to the people providing the service. They will become familiar with the main characteristics, themes, and components of PIE and be ready to begin the process of creating such environments by assessing their current level of being psychologically informed reflectively and deeply, and developing a plan to begin the journey toward becoming a PIE. This training is intended for Service Alternatives' Employees, Foster Parents, and SA-served Clients.
