RIGHT RESPONSE® Recertification (N. Everett- Doph)
RIGHT RESPONSE Recertification is a continuation of the de-escalation training program, RIGHT RESPONSE. It is designed for individuals who have already completed their certification and need to renew it. This workshop revisits the core principles of proactive, holistic, and immediately effective de-escalation approaches, ensuring participants are up-to-date on best practices for crisis intervention.
We recommend that you wear comfortable clothing that allows for movement and comfortable, stable, and safe footwear (please avoid open toe shoes or shoes with a raised heel). You will be practicing physical safety skills and we want everyone to feel and stay safe during the training.
Participants must have a current RIGHT RESPONSE certificate or be within the 3-month grace period for an expired certificate to attend. This recertification is available at the Elements, Elements+, and Advance levels. For more information on eligibility, please contact the

New Hire Health & Safety is a foundational workshop designed to equip new employees at Service Alternatives with essential knowledge of workplace safety protocols. This course covers critical topics such as Bloodborne Pathogens (BBP), the SA BBP Control Plan, SCRIPT (Service Alternatives Critical Response Protocol), Washington Labor & Industries regulations on incident reporting, COVID-19 protocols, and safe driving practices. Through practical examples and discussion, participants will learn how to protect themselves and others while maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.
