Positive Behavior Support is an approach that will help a person overcome a pattern of problem behaviors by focusing on teaching the individual safer, easier, and more effective ways to get needs and wants met. This training focuses on looking at an individual’s behaviors holistically, identifying and teaching appropriate replacement behaviors, and creating ways to reinforce positive behaviors.

This class is indented for Service Alternatives’ Employees, Foster Parents, and SA-served Clients. If you are interested in attending the course and do not fall within those categories, please reach out to the Service Alternatives Training Institute.
