An industry leading de-escalation training program. The philosophy centers on proactive, holistic, and immediately effective approaches to address conflict and crisis, with a goal of decreasing the need for physical intervention. This is a recertification workshop.
This workshop is free for Service Alternatives’ Employees, Foster Parents, and SA-served Clients. Tickets are available for an Advanced, Elements+, and Elements Recertification. Please note, you must possess a current RIGHT RESPONSE certificate to attend this workshop or your expired certificate must be within the 90 day grace period to be eligible for the recertification workshop.
