This week, Megan shares a new team activity with us. Thanks Megan, this would be fun to use in other group settings, too!
Out team busted out the art supplies for a new meeting ice breaker! Each of us randomly chose a coworker’s name and also a common answer to what children want to be when they grow up (doctor, superhero, president, etc.). Then, we all drew a picture of the person we selected performing the dream job we picked. We also named three things that the two have in common. For example, I choose “Ashlee” and “superhero.” I illustrated Ashlee with a cape flying through the air and wrote the three things Ashlee had in common with a superhero, such as her ability to fly into action when we are in need of her help. We had a ton of fun!
That’s all for now!
