Developing and sustaining motivation is the key to leading a high-performing team. In this training, you will learn the psychological foundations of effective motivation, examine current workplace dynamics, and develop a variety of motivational tools to use within your teams.
This class is intended for Service Alternatives’ Employees, Foster Parents, and SA-served Clients. Don’t hesitate to get in touch with the Service Alternatives Training Institute if you are interested in attending the course and do not fall within those categories.
