Congratulations to Bismark Tweneboah, in Residential Services in King County!

At SA, Respect means honoring the unique contributions and experiences of each individual.

Bismark Tweneboah’s nomination highlighted numerous everyday actions that demonstrate this core value. The committee noted the examples were consistent across interactions – with clients, co-workers, and leadership alike.

The nomination reads:

I nominate Bismark Tweneboah, a Residential Coordinator in program 11, for the SA value award of Respect.

Bismark consistently demonstrates respect by actively listening to the clients, co-workers and managers ideas and perspectives. He fosters a positive and inclusive work environment by treating all staff equally. For example, during staff meetings, even if he does not agree with a staff opinion, he will still listen and make the staff feel heard and reach a resolution. Bismark’s respectful behavior has positively impacted and improved team morale and fosters a more inclusive and collaborative environment where everyone feels comfortable sharing ideas, leading to better teamwork and overall success in program QA scores.”
