Chondra goes above and beyond by dedicating extra attention to ensuring clients are receiving top quality support and cost-effective solutions for their financial needs.
One nomination for Chondra stood out highlighting her ability to build strong relationships while consistently delivering excellent work. In her role as a Financial Specialist, Chonda is responsible for overseeing and managing clients’ finances in full compliance with all applicable laws, and she consistently demonstrates integrity and reliability in fulfilling this responsibility.
Chondra ensures rents and all bills are paid on time, works to prevent unnecessary spending, and works with clients to manage funds and create savings. She often looks for online special purchases to ensure clients get the best rates available.
The consistent high quality of her work is further demonstrated through the positive relationships Chondra builds with all those she works with. As detailed in the nomination, Chondra has excellent communication with administrative staff and DDA to ensure deposits and loans are processed timely and accurately. She has also built a great rapport with the banks we regularly work with, helping clients establish a relationship with the tellers when they go in. Additionally, Chondra spends extra time with staff to teach them the proper ways of shopping and keeping track of different accounts.
