Congratulations to Carolyn Wade,  Community Inclusion Specialist in Community Services!

Customer Service means taking time to understand individual needs by providing and delivering professional, helpful, high-quality service and assistance. Carolyn Wade’s nomination stood out to the committee as a prime example of exceptional service. One committee member commented that, having worked with many clients, this nomination truly embodies the heart of our service.

The nomination shares the following:
“Although Carolyn joined SA only a short time ago (June 2024!), let me tell you what-I have never seen someone settle into their role so quickly and naturally, and the compassion she carries clearly sets her apart. She is so thoughtful when speaking with clients, asking them engaging questions, showing interest, and making a real effort to make them feel like they belong.  Even with shy clients, I’ve personally seen them come out of their shell in record time thanks to Carolyn’s customer service skills and her warm presence. As someone who has over a decade worth of customer service experience under my belt, when I see Carolyn at work, I knew she would be a great candidate to nominate. We love having Carolyn a part of our team, and she is someone who is leading by example.”
