Customer Service means we listen, take time to understand our customer’s needs, and follow through on our commitments.Leslee has been providing excellent customer service at SA for over 18 years! Her nomination explains the wide range of customers she serves and her exemplary efforts to hear and respond to their needs: “Leslee continues to be on the frontline, engaging with customers from programs she oversees. There is not a DCYF Contractor, Commerce Program Manager, BRS Program Manager or a DCYF placement coordinator in the area who does not know Leslee. Leslee continues to be a point of contact to respond to tough-to-answer questions and find solutions. Leslee always makes assessments of what is being asked: Can this be done safely, in a way that benefits the person we are serving, the team and meets contract requirements? When there are tough-to-meet requirements, she always comes with a positive intent and solutions and maintains strong working relationships with our customers. The customers vary for these programs between parents, young people, community members and service providers. I have not experienced a situation that Leslee was unable to work through where an agreement was not in place that met a little bit of everyone’s needs. Leslee is very intentional and tactful in her conversations, and I believe this contributes a lot to her ability to continue strong working relationships with our customers.” At SA, when we are successful, our customers feel heard and respected and want to keep working with us. Leslee creates that environment of respect and works for best resolutions that meet sometimes competing needs. Thank you, Leslee, and congratulations! |
