I am pleased to announce August’s 2022 SA Value Award Recipient for Excellence! Congratulations to Ashlie Soto, Executive Assistant!

At SA, the pursuit of Excellence is an ongoing practice requiring persistence and diligence.  The nomination for Ashlie Soto stood out, describing how she has continued to guide and support the WorkFirst program through the pandemic.  Although she transitioned from Administrative Assistant to Executive Assistant in 2020, the support she had been providing to WorkFirst as an AA has needed to continue.   While this has been difficult, she has provided this support with grace and excellence.

The nomination states: 

“The WorkFirst program has been in flux for the last two years. We are so happy that Ashlie has stayed with us to assist with administrative duties. She has helped guide me as a new program manager with insight on how we can best serve our clients.

Through the rough seas of transition, losing our whole team and working through the pandemic, Ashlie Soto has been the rock for the whole program. She is always there for any questions and always has the answer. She never judges a silly question and walks me through thoughts and new processes (like $150 once a month gas cards for our contractors instead of $75 every two weeks).” 

This nomination further states:

“Ashlie’s hard work, dedication and diligence has made a huge impact in the success of WorkFirst.”
