Many SA employees have been getting out and about this summer, either visiting local sites or traveling afar. I myself have enjoyed staying local.
Sandra Cohen, Master Coach, also shared a story from her summer. “I had the most amazing day in Modena at a cutting-edge school with folks with autism. They are experts in tortellini making where the top chef in the region has a son with autism and was motivated to find a future for him and others. Chef Massimo Bottura taught the students how to make his famous tortellini so they would always have a sense of purpose and learning potential. This is a picture of me learning from Flavio – who definitely had some corrections for me. Only after that I was allowed to add them to his pan and package them up for market.” This 4 minute video tells a powerful story.
