I am pleased to announce June’s 2022 SA Value Award Recipient for Fiscal Responsibility! Congratulations to Gabe Gregory, Foster Care Licenser, Community Services.

Gabe is recognized for his contributions to processes he developed and systems implementation he has led that enhance fiscal management at Service Alternatives. As one notable example, Gabe initiated a redesign of the foster care billing processes to improve efficiency and accuracy. His nomination states:

Gabe created and spent long hours learning new skills to develop an Excel form to process licensing associated billing to the penny to ensure accuracy, excellence and fiscal responsibility.

Gabe asked for a  licensing program petty cash system to purchase items for the program and families for better efficiency. He also put a system in place to ensure it is balanced- with a second person checking the count.

Gabe is also a RISING STAR graduate of the Elemental Leadership Training Series 2020/2021. The system he developed for foster care billing was highlighted at his capstone presentation to SA executive leaders. Gabe’s contributions help enhance and improve the efficiency and accuracy of fiscal management at Service Alternatives.
