This week we hear from Ja’net Cooper about a recent experience while supporting a client.
I wanted to share something client DW did in early June. He walked in the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure 5k and did amazing! He finished in 1:20 minutes. It was extra special to DW since cancer has affected some very loved family members. It was a beautiful day for a walk and he met a lot of new friends and had a blast. We plan to attend again next year and also sign up for more 5k walks soon!

That’s all for now!
